At Steps New York, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to print a prepaid shipping label or find a local store for an in-person return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
